Just in case it doesn't fit (or perhaps it's not your style), here's a little info on how to send it back.
REFUNDS
If for any reason you would like a refund on your order, please submit your request prior to receiving the email that confirms your shipment which will typically arrive in your email inbox 1-2 business days after your order is received. Once your order ships, you will have to return your item before receiving a refund.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to return or exchange any eligible items purchased from our online store. The items must be unwashed, unworn with original tags still attached or included in the package. Please allow up to 2-weeks for processing. Shipping, handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We do not provide return labels for online purchases. The customer is responsible for return fees.
Eligible Items
- Regular priced items. (All discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged)
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused items with no visible signs of wear.
- Unlicensed items. (All licensed items, including WNBA products, cannot be returned or exchanged)
Steps
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request the products you would like to return
- Use your local shipping carrier to ship to: Playa Society, PO Box 542, Ludlow, MA 01259
