Welcome to playasociety.com (the “Site”), operated by Playa Society, LLC (“Playa Society,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, purchasing products, or engaging with our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

USING THE SITE

Playa Society exists to celebrate women’s sports, culture, and creativity. Use the Site in a way that respects that mission—and other people using it.

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or harmful activity

  • Attempt to access systems or data you’re not authorized to access

  • Copy, scrape, or exploit Site content for commercial use without permission

  • Interfere with the Site’s performance or security

We reserve the right to limit or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

PRODUCTS, DROPS & AVAILABILITY

Playa Society operates on a drop-based model. Many of our products are:

  • Limited-edition

  • Small-batch

  • Time-sensitive

  • Produced specifically based on demand

Once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

PRE-ORDERS & DELAYED FULFILLMENT

Some Playa Society products are sold as pre-orders or part of a scheduled drop.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Items may not ship immediately

  • Fulfillment timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Production and shipping timelines may change due to manufacturing, logistics, or external factors

Estimated ship windows will be shared on product pages, checkout, or via email. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Pre-order items may be non-refundable once production begins.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse orders at our discretion

  • Correct pricing, product descriptions, or errors after an order is placed

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud or abuse

If an order is canceled, you will receive a refund for the amount charged.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. Playa Society does not store full payment card information.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Playa Society is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked delivered

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Drop-based fulfillment may result in longer processing times than traditional retail.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Return and exchange details are outlined in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All sale items are final

  • Limited-edition, collaboration, or drop items may be final sale

  • Pre-order items may not be eligible for return

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Everything you see here—logos, artwork, graphics, designs, photography, videos, copy, product names, trademarks—is owned by Playa Society, LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission.

We protect our work. Please respect it.

USER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you tag us, submit content, or share media featuring Playa Society (including photos, videos, reviews, or social posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content for marketing, promotional, or commercial purposes.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to share the content

  • The content does not infringe on third-party rights

PROMOTIONS, GIVEAWAYS & COLLABORATIONS

Special promotions, giveaways, collaborations, or campaigns may be governed by additional terms. If there’s a conflict, those specific terms will apply.

DISCLAIMER

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playa Society disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don’t guarantee the Site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playa Society, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to:

  • Use of the Site

  • Purchase or use of products

  • Drop delays or fulfillment timing

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product related to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Playa Society and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Infringement of third-party rights

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
