How do I know what size to choose?

Unless otherwise mentioned, all of our apparel items have a relaxed, unisex fit. Sizes depend on your preferred fit.

Please be sure to read our fit guide before ordering.

Will "out of stock" items be re-stocked?

We typically let our community decide what items will be restocked, meaning that the more requests we receive about a sold out item, the more likely it is that we will bring it back. So, don't hesitate to let us know if an item sold out before you had a chance to get it: info@playasociety.com

Can I order t-shirts in bulk?

Yes! If you would like to order any items on our website in bulk (10 or more), then use our Team Order page, or send an email to info@playasociety.com. We'll answer any questions you might have about quantity, sizes, and pricing.

Can I be featured on the @playasociety Instagram?

We are so glad you asked! We really enjoy featuring posts from our customers. Just tag us in your photos on Instagram, and make sure that your photos are clear and confident! Our team will re-post photos that reflect strong + positive vibes. 

Can I purchase Playa Society in stores?

Playa Society is small but growing fast. Currently, you can only purchase Playa Society products from playasociety.com 


As a customer, if you ask you your favorite retailers to carry our brand, that always helps get you more access to our products.

Orders

Where is my order?

Don't panic! All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number and items will ship according to the shipment type you selected at checkout.


If for any reason you don't receive an email with a tracking number, or any communication that your order is taking longer than expected (check your spam or "promotions" folder), then you can feel free to panic and send an email to info@playasociety.com

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

If you've made a mistake with your order and need to cancel within 24-hours, please email info@playasociety.com


If you have not yet received an email confirming your shipment, we can process a cancellation or make any needed updates to the product size, color, or shipping address.

Can I request an exchange or a refund?

Refunds, exchanges, or returns cannot be issued for any officially licensed, custom, team orders, or sale items.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally? 

We have in the past and we hope to offer that option again soon! We currently only ship within the US and Canada as of January 1, 2021

We are sorry that the costs are high! We are working to get you more products easily and efficiently at a better shipping price. If you would like to see Playa Society in a store near you, in Canada, please email info@playasociety.com

Why is my order taking a long time? 

We appreciate your patience - we know customers are excited to receive their gear!


Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of our carriers which includes FedEx, USPS, and UPS. We have access to the same tracking information as you and cannot do much to intervene with the carrier's timeline. 


If it has been 30 days since you placed your order, please assume that there is a problem and contact info@playasociety.com to let us know.

Why does my tracking number say "delivered", but I don't have my order?

Sometimes the delivery companies can send out these notifications a little early from my experience. 

Also, there are instances where they will place your package on a back porch or somewhere else less obvious, so be sure to look around!
